Motivation Myths

Anshel identifies 10 myths that are commonly believed to motivate athletes, but in actuality, they do not. Select any three of these myths and, using the theories of motivation you have read about, provide reasons why these myths are not good practice. If you need additional help, perhaps visualize yourself explaining to a coach why these myths are not grounded in science and support your position with evidence from the theories of motivation with which you are familiar.
