Need by tomorrow evening 150 words each and at least one reference each

What does it mean to “be a helper and not a problem solver” in the therapy process? And how can we (as counselors) demonstrate this with our clients?

What is active listening and how does it differ from listening? What might get in the way of your ability to actively listen to clients and how can you avoid or overcome some of these roadblocks?

We talked earlier (in week 1) about Unconditional Positive Regard (UPR).  Empathy goes hand-in-hand with UPR. I mean it is pretty much impossible to feel UPR for a person unless you have empathy? What exactly is empathy and how do you demonstrate empathy?

How can you help clients identify and express their feelings?
